| Service was excellent, however your front desk manager was rude. His customer skills were astonishingly poor. He even accused me of not wanting to pay monies owed. I will never use your services again because of him. |

| Your shop is good for oil changes, wouldn't recommend it for anything else. Thank you for thinking you could upcharge me for a $100 job, I took my business elsewhere. Your estimate of $1500 for a tie rod job was completely outrageous and why I will never trust your shop to do any work to my car ever again. I got the same work done elsewhere for less than a couple hundred dollars. |
